It is an ideal solution when there is an elevation difference between conveyor lines and continuous transportation is required. In chain lifts, the line has to do stop-and-go work because of the back-and-forth operation. Continuous lifts have no stop-start problem and are close in size to the lift. When an inclined conveyor is preferred for uninterrupted transmission, the inclined conveyor causes loss of space since it will work with a 25-degree slope.
It works synchronously with additional conveyors at the entrance and exit of the lift and connects the lines without interruption. It is suitable where continuous operation is required in conveyor speed and lift dimensions.
Designed according to your largest parcel and product, the conveyor works synchronously with the intermediate opening conveyor at the entrance, taking the products on the carriers one by one. The conveyor parts, which are sorted according to the height and product size to be transported, give the product to the output conveyor at the top. It works in the same way in the reverse direction with the same efficiency.
