Chain Conveyor

Steel track conveyors are used for conveying long, coarse, spiral chips from materials such as transmission steel, fabrication steel, aluminum alloy metals as well as fiber, teflon, delrin. It is the most commonly used chip conveyor model. These systems are designed for the discharge of chips generated during the manufacturing process and separation of cooling/cutting fluids from the chips. It can be produced with a tank to send the cooling/cutting liquids back to the system or as a conveyor only to be placed inside the existing tank. In our standard production, four types of pallets are produced as 31.75, 38.10, 50.80, 63.50 pitch. The pitch to be used is decided according to the amount of chips to be carried by the conveyor and the length of the conveyor. The motor and gearbox are selected according to the amount of chips to be transported per hour. The recovery of coolants is also taken into account in this selection. The conveyor can be controlled by means of a panel mounted on the body or directly from the control unit of the CNC machine with a socket connection. Steel crawler conveyors can be produced in the dimensions requested by the customer, provided that they are suitable for their purpose. Due to the pallet system and general structure, they are long-lasting and non-failure conveyors as long as maintenance operations are carried out regularly.
